The 18th Annual FCSA Oklahoma Cup Invitational Competitive Soccer Tournament,
sanctioned by OSA and USYSA will be played October 8-10, 2010. The
tournament is open to competitive boys and girls teams, in the U11 through
U19 age divisions along with U9/U10 Academy teams. Teams must be available
to play any time, any day during the tournament – no exceptions (out of town teams
traveling more than one hour will not be scheduled on Friday evening). The
Tournament Director is Brett Dobie.
Age Divisions
A limited number of teams will be accepted. U9/U10 Academy and
U11 will play 8v8. The tournament committee reserves
the right to combine age divisions if smaller number of applicants is
received for a particular age group. Teams will be selected based on, but
not limited to, the following criteria: league record, tournament record,
geographic balance and application date. Age divisions will be divided into
gold and silver if more than sixteen teams are accepted.
Entry Fee
The tournament fee is $350.00 for U9/U10 Academy division, $375.00 for U11 age division and $425.00 for
U12 and older. Referee fees are
included in the entry fee. Proceeds from this tournament will fund the FCSA Scholarship
Program for qualified FCSA high school seniors.

Documentation
Teams need to submit the following information before the deadline of
December 4th:
- Completed application form
- Official Fall 2010 stamped and signed
team roster
- Approved travel papers (for out of state
teams)
- Tournament entry fee - cashier's check
or money order made payable to "FCSA"
Teams will need to have the following documents available at check-in:
- 5 Copies of Official Fall 2010 stamped
and signed roster
- Current notarized medical release form
for each player
- Current Fall 2010 player pass for each
player
- Guest player form for each guest player
(when applicable)
