Traveling Recreational Coaches/Registrars

FCSA requires an FCSA stamp on rosters and player passes for FCSA traveling recreational teams.  All FCSA Traveling Recreational League players and coaches will be required to have a USYS Member Pass (Player Pass) with a CURRENT photograph (not over one year old) of the player/coach permanently affixed and signed by the player/coach. Player passes for all FCSA Traveling Recreational teams must be signed and stamped by the FCSA Office personnel. Player passes for all non-FCSA teams participating in the FCSA Traveling Recreational League must be signed and stamped by their governing association (Red River, Lake Country, Red Carpet, Great Plains, etc.)  See the Foreign Team Policy for the entire policy.

If a team plans to travel out of state for a tournament, they must get permission to travel from Oklahoma Soccer Association (OSA).  In order to receive permission to travel, coaches must be able to present an FCSA-stamped roster to OSA.  The club-stamped Roster, Employment/Volunteer Disclosure Form, and USYSA Membership Form  for each player must be presented to FCSA before FCSA will stamp rosters.  Additionally, all player drops and transfers to or from your team require a USYSA Player Release/Transfer Form, signed by the releasing club’s registrar or president.

• Deadline for submission of the FCSA Team Information for Scheduling Form for Spring 2009 season is Friday February 6, 2009.  All teams who wish to participate in the Spring 09 traveling recreational league must submit the form by the deadline. Late teams will not be accepted after deadline. There are no exceptions!
• Traveling Rec Spring 2009 season will start March 7, 2009.
• Traveling Rec coaches meeting for the Spring 09 season will be set in the near future. This meeting will be held at the FCSA office (1235 Sovereign Row, Suite C-11) one date is set.

The deadline for turning in the Spring 2009 club registration (including the Fall 09 Invoice, fees and disks) deadline will be is April 15, 2009 .

The risk management packet (to include Volunteer Disclosure Forms) is due to OSA on September 1, 2008 for the Fall 08 season and March 1, 2009 for the Spring 09 season.
